St Annes on the Sea is a beautiful place to visit, with stunning walks, independent shops and its own beach, there’s plenty to do. 

Whilst we have fantastic amenities at Clifton Park Hotel, the local area of St Annes has some great things to do. Just a short walk up the pier you can play a game of golf while admiring the stunning beach, there’s galleries, a lake and much more.

St Annes Pier

The beautiful pier at St Annes has been welcoming guests since 1885. Rain or shine, there is a wide choice of things to do; from restaurants and shops, to amusements with children’s cars and rides.

St Annes Seafront

Take a moment to relax before you get paddling in the sea, take in the panoramic views of the Irish Sea and beach stretched out in front of you. While St Annes is a haven of peace and tranquility, it still maintains a modern approach.

St Annes Square

Visit the redeveloped St Annes Square where you will find an enhanced range of independent retailers and speciality shops. Local delicatessens and bakeries offer not only fine produce but also food for thought!

Ansdell & Fairhaven Lake

Ansdell & Fairhaven is known as a place of its own, sat on the coast between Lytham and St Annes, with a very well known lake. Fairhaven Lake is a man-made lake, designed by Architect Thomas Haton Mawson in the 1890s. It’s a haven for wildlife and somewhere for migrant birds to shelter.

Fylde Gallery

Fylde Gallery is a unique and beautiful space with a varied programme of exhibitions featuring local artists and heritage groups. There is always something new to see. There is lift access to Fylde Gallery, café and toilets. Gallery visitors are welcome to use Booths car park which offers free parking for up to three hours.

Visit Lytham Hall

This Grade 1 listed building is probably the finest Georgian house in the North West. The Hall itself is built mainly of red brick, with stone dressings used for the windows and doors. Go and enjoy all that Lytham Hall Tea Room has to offer, with homemade and locally sourced food where possible, what better way to end a visit to Lytham Hall than with a homemade afternoon tea.
